Ø To provide administrative support in general administration, human resource management, finance and procurement and supply.

· To prepare monthly report of Traffic detailing Buses scheduled, Bus Operated, Revenues, Fuel used, Tickets sold, Crews scheduled and so on.
· To supervise Traffic Supervisors and Officers concerning Monthly Traffic Reports.
· To Supervise Trainees and other subordinate staff in regards to HR and Admin Duties.

Ø Maintain and Migrate data on Online examination system
Ø Input data relating to examination results
Ø Generate reports on the Online examination results system for processing of exam results
Ø Compile and summarize statistics of exam results per programme
Assist in establishing the Online examination system
Ø Monitoring of daily attendance of Academics staff, Audio – Video Production and Engineering and Technology and Finance/Stores.
Ø Computing the Excess/Due Reports of each staff in each section.
Ø Despatching of letters, files and documents.
Ø Processing reports, letters (e.g vacation letters, application letters, letters of offer to trainees, letters to the Ministries).
Ø Preparing agreements for trainees of YEP.
Ø Preparing payments for trainees YEP and monitoring their attendance.
Ø Sending mails to staff concerning approval of their vacation letters, for fingerprints of new trainees, sending standard reply to candidates concerning job application.
