- Working at Trailfinders was a very different working environment to any I'd worked in previously as it was a first taste to what the office world had to offer and because of that I learnt an enormous amount. The most crucial new skill I learnt is that in order to reap great rewards, each member must realise the importance of their role no matter how small it may appear.

- During my 6 months working at the Pig hotel, I picked up a wide array of new skills and was also able to build on characteristics I already possessed, relishing the social aspect a front of house role entailed. It was also crucial to work as a cohesive unit which ingrained a certain team discipline withing myself. I also learnt the importance of following a process in order to maximise results whilst being able to incorporate a degree of my own creative ideas.
