• Performed troubleshooting and daily tests of the user interface, operating system, network profile, and third-party applications for current and upcoming Samsung handheld devices for the local market.
• Liaise with local and foreign network operators to perform Quality Assurance (QA) tests. Projects completed as actual:

1. QA test and enabling VoLTE services for Mauritius Telecom (My.t) and Emtel on Samsung mobile phones.

2. QA test and enabling 5G services for Orange and Telma Madagascar on Samsung mobile phones.

3. QA test and enabling 5G services for Telco Reunion on Samsung mobile phones.

• Sample Management:

1. Acknowledgment of upcoming Samsung handheld sample devices (highly confidential) and application of ICTA.

2. In charge of all Samsung handheld sample devices: sorting, storing, and regular inspections.

• Technically assist local merchandisers and promoters regarding new Samsung handheld devices, features, and customer complaints.

• I work in my spare time alongside my father, who is an electronic and electrical technician. Assisted and helped in several Domestic Electrical works, CCTV and Alarm Systems installations.

• Work experience accomplished as part of the BEng (Hons) Electronics Engineering degree. Worked alongside technicians and engineers in departments such as "The Central Equipment Room," "The Master Control Room," "The Workshop Department," "The Electrical Department," "The Radio Department," and "The IT Editing Department."

• Worked alongside technicians for the servicing of fire alarms sensors for Hotels.
