In my role as an application analyst, I had the privilege of working closely with clients, utilizing my problem-solving skills to address their needs and ensure their satisfaction. My primary responsibilities included:
1. Client Engagement: I served as the main point of contact for clients, effectively communicating and understanding their requirements. This involved conducting meetings, gathering feedback, and providing timely updates on project progress.
2. Issue Analysis and Troubleshooting: I was responsible for analyzing and resolving complex issues related to our applications. This required a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
3. Dayforce HR Admin and System Administration: I have extensive experience in managing the Dayforce HR Admin module, including employee data entry, system configuration, and security setup. Additionally, I possess a solid understanding of the System Administration module, allowing me to efficiently manage user access, workflows, and system integrations.
4. Org Setup and Workflow Management: I have successfully assisted clients in setting up their organizational structure within Dayforce, ensuring accurate reporting lines, hierarchies, and permissions. Moreover, I possess a strong understanding of workflow management, enabling me to design and implement efficient approval processes.
5. Reporting and Analytics: I have proficient knowledge of the Dayforce Reporting module, allowing me to generate custom reports, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to clients. I am well-versed in creating ad hoc reports, building dashboards, and utilizing advanced reporting features.
6. Timesheet and Import Management: I have experience in configuring and troubleshooting the Dayforce Timesheet module, ensuring accurate time tracking and compliance with labor regulations.
Additionally, I am skilled in managing data imports, ensuring seamless integration of external data into the Dayforce system.
Assisted in technical support process refinement to improve customer service and support.
