I ran a small braiding company, where I offered domestic braiding services throughout the whole island. I have more than 7 years of experience in hair braiding and natural hair treatment. Having to deal with clients over the phone as well as managing my stock of hair products with suppliers was a challenge at first but in turn, allowed me to build up my communication skills thus improving customer service.  As the sole owner of the company, my main goal and passion was to design the services so as to cater to each of my clients' needs. Their satisfaction was my priority.
