  • Assisting in the day to day operations of the Company
  • Assisting in the overall formulation and implementation of different strategies of the Company
  • Analysis of the weekly Cash flow for the Company and its Unit Trust
  • Assisting in the preparation of the Company’s Action Plan, Budget and Balanced Scorecard
  • Assisting in the preparation of Board papers/ files
  • In attendance in all Board and Sub Committee meetings of the Company and presenting the performance of the Company on a quarterly basis
